Questions about plans
How am I charged?
Subscriptions are billed in advance to the payment method on file through our secure third-party payment processor. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it won't renew.
Do you offer refunds?
See our Refund Policy for eligibility and how to request a refund. New subscribers have a 14-day window.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan lets you try the core experience at no cost. Any time-limited Pro trial, if offered, is described at checkout.
How do credits work?
One AI command uses one credit. Starter is $19 a month for 50 credits every month. Pro is $49 a month for 150 credits a month. Business is $99 a month for 500 credits a month. A 3-month bundle (for example Starter at $49 for 3 months) only changes billing frequency. You still get the same monthly credit allowance each month. Extra packs such as 25 credits for $7 add to your balance when you run out.
Are store fees included?
No. Deploying uses your own connected store and CI accounts, which may have their own charges, such as the Apple Developer Program, Google Play registration, or CI runner minutes.
