1 credit per AI command, 1 per APK build (back if it fails), and 2.5 credits per store deploy (5 for both stores; redeploying the same store within 24 hours is free). Credits renew every month on every paid plan, including the 3-month bundles. A bundle changes what you pay up front. The credits you get each month stay the same.
No. Deploying uses your own connected store and CI accounts, which may have their own charges, such as the Apple Developer Program, Google Play registration, or CI runner minutes.
