This policy explains how FLUTTERGO.AI (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("FlutterGo", "we", "us") delivers the services you buy on fluttergo.ai. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read with our Refund Policy.
1. A digital service, nothing is shipped
FlutterGo.AI is an online software service (SaaS): an AI app builder that creates Flutter apps for Android, iOS and the web. Everything we sell is delivered online to your FlutterGo account. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.
2. What you can buy
- Starter plan (US$19/month, or US$49 every 3 months): 50 credits a month.
- Pro plan (US$49/month, or US$129 every 3 months): 150 credits a month.
- Business plan (US$99/month, or US$249 every 3 months): 500 credits a month.
- Enterprise plan: custom pricing and terms, agreed in writing.
- Credit packs: one-time top-ups of 25, 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 credits (US$7, US$22, US$45, US$80 and US$140).
On 3-month billing, the plan's credits are still renewed every month. Credits from credit packs do not expire. Current prices and what each plan includes are always shown on our Pricing page.
3. When and how it is delivered
- Plans are activated on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed. The plan's monthly credits are added at the same time. Where a plan starts with a free trial, it is activated as soon as the trial starts, with a smaller trial credit allowance; the full monthly credits are added when the first payment is confirmed at the end of the trial.
- Credit packs are added to your account balance immediately after the payment is confirmed.
- You receive a confirmation email at your account email address, and the purchase appears in Settings → Plans & billing.
- Plans and credit packs bought in the iPhone app are delivered the same way once Apple confirms the purchase.
- Payments that need extra verification can take up to 24 hours to confirm. The service is delivered as soon as confirmation arrives.
4. Service period and renewal
A plan runs for the period you paid for (for example one month or three months). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If you cancel, your account moves to the Free plan at the end of the paid period and your projects are kept.
5. If you did not receive what you paid for
If your plan or credits do not appear within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with your account email, the payment date, amount and transaction ID. We will activate the service or refund the payment in full. See our Refund Policy for other refund cases.
6. Service availability
The service is available 24 hours a day, except for planned maintenance and events outside our control. Live status is shown on our Status page.
