This Privacy Policy explains how FlutterGo.AI, operated by FLUTTERGO.AI (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("FlutterGo", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use our websites, applications and services (the "Service"). It also describes your privacy rights. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up or sign in.
- Content you provide: prompts, project files, designs, code, and assets you create or upload to build your app.
- Billing information: plan, transaction history and limited payment details. Full card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- Connected accounts: when you connect third-party services (e.g. GitHub, Google Play, Apple, Supabase, Firebase), we receive the tokens and metadata needed to perform the actions you request. We do not store credentials we don't need, and deployment secrets you enter are used to perform the deployment and are not retained in our logs.
- Usage & device data: log data, IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, feature usage and timestamps, collected to operate and secure the Service.
- Support communications: messages you send us.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain and improve the Service and generate the output you request.
- Authenticate you, process payments, and manage your subscription.
- Perform actions on connected services you authorize (e.g. create a repository, push code, set deployment secrets, run builds).
- Provide support and respond to your requests.
- Monitor, secure and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
- With your consent where required, send product updates and marketing (you can opt out anytime).
3. Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you sign up for); legitimate interests (to secure, improve and operate the Service); consent (for optional marketing and certain cookies); and legal obligation (to comply with applicable law).
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed: with service providers / sub-processors who process data on our behalf under contract; with third-party platforms you connect, to perform the actions you request; to comply with law or valid legal process; to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
5. Sub-processors
We rely on trusted providers to deliver the Service, which may include: cloud hosting and storage providers; a payment processor; AI model and inference providers; analytics and error-monitoring tools; email/communication providers; and the platforms you connect (such as GitHub) when you ask us to act on them. Each processes data only as needed to provide their function. A current list is available on request at privacy@fluttergo.ai.
6. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (such as keeping you signed in), to remember preferences, and to understand usage so we can improve the Service. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our cookie controls where provided. Disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls and isolation of sensitive material. Deployment secrets and signing material you provide are used to perform the requested action and are not written to our logs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
We may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by law.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any right, contact privacy@fluttergo.ai. We will verify and respond as required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the age required by your local law), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
