Creating your account & signing in

You need a FlutterGo.AI account to build and save apps. Your account keeps your projects, your plan and credits, and your team settings together in one place.

Signing up is quick. You only need an email address and a password. You can also continue with your Google account or your Apple ID when those buttons are shown.

Here we show you how to create an account, confirm your email, sign in later, reset a forgotten password, and sign out, and what every field and button on the way does, so nothing is a surprise.

What you need#

• A working email address. You confirm it with a link before you can build.
• A password of at least 8 characters.
• An invite code, but only if FlutterGo asks for one. The field only appears when sign-ups need a code.

How to do it#

1. Open FlutterGo.AI#

Go to fluttergo.ai in the browser. You land on the FlutterGo.AI home page, with Sign in and Start free in the top-right corner.

2. Click "Start free"#

Click the Start free button in the top-right corner of the home page. The "Create your account" page opens: "Describe the app you want. FlutterGo writes the Flutter code."

3. Fill in the sign-up form#

The form has these fields:

• Name (optional), what we should call you.
• Email, your sign-in address. Required.
• Password, at least 8 characters. Required.
• Confirm password, the same password again. Required.
• WhatsApp (optional), choose your country, then enter your number.
• Invite code (if required), shown only when sign-ups need a code.

4. Click "Create account" to submit#

Press the Create account button at the bottom of the form. While the request runs, the button shows "Please wait…". Your account is created and you are signed in right away.

5. Confirm your email#

Next you see Check your email: "Open the confirmation link in your email, or request a new one below."

1. Open the email from FlutterGo and click its link.
2. On the page that opens, click Confirm email.

Confirming your email unlocks building. Until then you can click Continue to FlutterGo and look around, but creating and running projects waits for the confirmation. Links last 24 hours: Resend link sends a new one. Inside FlutterGo, a Verify your email banner offers the same Resend link.

Success: Once your email is confirmed, Home is ready for your first app: describe it and click Start building.

6. Sign in on your next visit#

Next time, click Sign in in the top-right of the home page. The page is titled "Welcome back". Enter your Email and Password, then click the Sign in button. FlutterGo opens on Home.

7. Optional: Continue with Google or Apple#

Under the sign-in and sign-up forms, below the word "or", FlutterGo can show:

• Continue with Google, sign in with your Google account.
• Continue with Apple, sign in with your Apple ID.

Approve the sign-in in the Google or Apple window that opens. If you don't see these buttons, they are switched off: use your email and password.

8. Reset a forgotten password#

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? next to the Password label.
2. Type your email and click Send reset link. The next screen says "If that address has a FlutterGo account, a reset link is on its way". The link works for 1 hour and can be used once.
3. Open the link, type a New password and Confirm new password, and click Set new password.

Setting a new password signs you in here and signs you out everywhere else.

9. Switch between sign-in and sign-up#

At the bottom of each page there is a small switch line:

• On the sign-in page it says "New to FlutterGo?" with a Create an account link.
• On the sign-up page it says "Already have an account?" with a Sign in link.

10. Sign out#

Click your account at the bottom of the sidebar (your picture or initials and your email), then Log out. You can also open Settings → Account and click Log out on the Session card. It explains: "Sign out on this device. Your projects and data stay on the server."

Tip: The studio is only for signed-in accounts. Signed out, fluttergo.ai shows the home page with Sign in and Start free. If creating a project ever fails with "Could not create the project. Sign in and try again.", sign in again and retry.

Important: Building waits for a confirmed email address. If the confirmation email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then use Resend link. If you signed up with Google or Apple, keep using the same button to sign in.

Common mistake: Creating a second account with an email you already used. The form says "An account with that email already exists. Try signing in instead." Use Sign in, or Forgot password? if you don't remember the password.

Sign-in methods compared

Troubleshooting#

Problem: I see "Something went wrong. Please try again." when submitting.

Possible causes: Network problem, or a temporary server error.

Solution:

1. Check your internet connection.
2. Try submitting the form again.
3. If it keeps failing, refresh the page and retry.

Problem: "That email and password don't match. Please try again."

Possible causes: A typo in the email or the password, or a different email than the one you signed up with.

Solution:

1. Check the email address and type the password again.
2. Still no luck? Click Forgot password? and set a new one.

Problem: The sign-up page says "New accounts are currently closed. Sign in to your existing account."

Possible causes: New sign-ups are paused.

Solution:

1. If you already have an account, click Sign in.
2. Otherwise contact FlutterGo support.

Problem: The confirmation link says "That link has expired" or "That link didn't work".

Possible causes: Confirmation links last 24 hours, work once, and can get cut in half by some email apps.

Solution:

1. Enter the email address you signed up with, if asked.
2. Click Resend link and open the new email.

Problem: I cannot find the Google or Apple button.

Possible causes: The button is switched off.

Solution:

1. Use the email and password form instead.
2. If you signed up with Google or Apple before, contact FlutterGo support.

FAQ#

Is the Name field required? No. Email and password are required. The name is optional, but it helps identify you in team features.

What is the invite code for? Sometimes sign-ups need an invite code. The Invite code (if required) field only appears then, and you'll receive the code to paste in.

Do I have to confirm my email? Yes, before you can create and run projects. Confirming your email unlocks building.

Can I change my password later? Yes, through the reset link: sign out, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page, and follow the email. There is no password form in Settings.

Does signing out delete anything? No. The app says it clearly: "Your projects and data stay on the server." Signing out only ends the session on this device.

How do I know which sign-in method my account uses? Open Settings, then Account. The Sign-in method row shows "Email and password", or "Single sign-on" for an account without a FlutterGo password, such as one created with Google or Apple.

Why does FlutterGo ask me to sign in before checkout? A plan belongs to an account. When you choose a paid plan on the pricing page, FlutterGo asks you to sign in or create an account first, then continues to checkout.
