Plans, credits & billing

FlutterGo.AI runs on credits. Every plan gives you a monthly credit allowance that renews each month, and you can buy extra credit packs at any time. The billing page sums it up as "1 AI command = 1 credit."

One promise applies on every plan: "Your code is always yours in your GitHub repo, even if your plan ends."

What costs a credit#

Each message you send to the agent costs 1 credit. A typed question or a typed fix request counts too: typing "fix the login error" costs 1 credit.

These are free:

• The Fix with AI button, and the repairs FlutterGo starts on its own after a failed build. Their message in the chat is tagged Free · no credits.
• Retry on a turn that failed.
• Continue remaining tasks, when the agent picks up the tasks it left unfinished.
• Your answers to the agent's question forms, Done — check again on a step card, and Continue on a setup form the agent asked you to fill.
• A message that is only a question about your account or support, such as "How many credits do I have left?", "What plan am I on?", "Talk to a human" or "I want a refund". It gets an instant answer and uses no credit.

Some buttons use credits too:

• Build APK costs 1 credit (Starter and up). It is refunded if the build fails.
• A store deploy costs 2.5 credits per store (Pro and up). Deploying the same store again for the same project within 24 hours is free, and a deploy that never reaches the store is refunded.
• Apps you connect under Settings → Account → Connected apps (Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients): Pro and Business include MCP actions every month (5,000 and 20,000), then each building call costs a credit. Free and Starter do not include MCP, except in Pakistan, where it is free. See Use FlutterGo from Claude or ChatGPT.

Looking around, previewing, sharing, pushing to GitHub and downloading code don't use credits. On the Free plan, though, the preview and its share link run only while your account has credits. See Out of credits.

Tip: In a project someone shared with you, the owner's plan and credits pay for everything you do there. Only the owner can top up or upgrade for that project, so editors don't see Buy credits or Upgrade in it; they see a note asking them to ask the project owner.

What you need#

• You are signed in. Checkout needs it, so your plan links to your account. If you are not, FlutterGo asks you to sign in first.

How to do it#

1. Open Plans & billing#

Use either of these:

• Outside a project, click Plans & pricing in the left sidebar.
• Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Plans & billing. It opens the Plans & billing page in Settings.

The plan card at the foot of the sidebar also shows how many credits you have left. Click it to open your plans; when you are running low it says Buy more and opens the credit packs.

2. Check your plan and credits#

The Your plan card shows your plan and its price, how many credits left you have, a bar, "X of Y credits used this month", and any extra pack credits ("never expire"). On a paid plan it also has Manage billing.

3. Compare the plans#

The Plans card lists every plan. Switch between Monthly and 3 months (save up to 16%) at the top. Your plan carries a Current tag, and Pro is marked Most popular. Click See features on a plan to see everything it includes.

Each plan includes everything in the plans above it.

> No separate trial. The Free plan is the way to try FlutterGo: no card, 5 credits on day one, then 3 a day for your first week, with a live preview. When you want more, pick a plan in Plans & billing: Starter for a test Build APK, Pro for your own AI, MCP, signed release builds, Download code, GitHub and Deploy.

> Your own AI. In Settings → Your AI model you can sign in with ChatGPT (Plus or Pro) or Grok (SuperGrok or X Premium+), or add an API key. Those turns use no FlutterGo credits. On Free and Starter it is not included, except in Pakistan, where it is free with no limit. After that it comes with Pro (500 messages every 30 days) and Business (2,000); Starter does not include it. Building from ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Cursor over MCP works the same way: Pro, or free in Pakistan. In Pakistan, Free and Starter use their own AI and MCP free, with no limit. When a plan's messages for the month are used, upgrade or build on FlutterGo credits until they come back.

> Website projects. A project you start as Website builds and previews its site, with a public preview link, on every plan. On Pro and up you can also download its code and use GitHub from the Website tab. Publishing the site to your own Vercel needs Pro, and on Free and Starter the project's mobile app is locked (Pro adds it). In a mobile app project, the admin panel and website need Pro; a landing page does not. See Building a website.

Tip: In some countries the Plans card shows a regional discount: "…% off every plan for <your country>, applied at checkout." It applies to plans, not credit packs.

Important: Credits renew monthly even on the 3-month billing interval. Paying every 3 months changes the price, not how credits arrive.

4. Upgrade#

On the plan you want, click Upgrade. Checkout opens so you can pay. Plans below yours show Switch, and Enterprise shows Contact sales.

Success: After you pay, the Your plan card shows the new plan and its monthly credits.

5. Buy extra credits#

The Need more credits? card says "One-time top-ups. They never expire." Each pack shows its credits, its price and the price per credit, with a Buy button. The biggest pack is marked Best value.

Pack credits are used after your monthly credits, and they stay through every renewal.

6. Enterprise: contact sales#

Clicking Contact sales opens a small form: Name, Work email, Company (optional) and How can we help? (with hints like team size, usage needs, security requirements, timeline). Click Open email draft: the app prepares an email in your mail app for you to send. Cancel closes the form.

Out of credits#

When your credits run out, your project is saved and nothing is lost.

• The chat switches to help only. A line above the message box says "You're out of credits." You can still ask about FlutterGo, your plan and your credits, for free, but the agent doesn't build or change code. Your messages are tagged Help only · out of credits.
• Help messages have a daily limit. When you have used today's, the chat says "You have used today's free help messages. Buy a credit pack or upgrade your plan to keep chatting and building — your project is saved." An Out of credits card then offers a 100-credit pack, the next plan up if there is one, and a way to message a person.
• On the Free plan, the preview stops. The preview and its share link run only while you have credits. They keep working for 30 minutes after the last credit you spent, so you can see the change it paid for.
• On a paid plan, your preview keeps running. Share, GitHub push, Download code and downloading an APK you already built keep working too.
• Still free at 0 credits: the Fix with AI button and automatic repairs, Retry on a failed turn, your answers to the agent's question forms and setup forms, Done — check again on a step card, and questions about your account.
• In a shared project, it's the owner's credits that ran out. Editors don't get Buy credits or Upgrade buttons there; they see a note asking them to ask the project owner to top up or upgrade.

To top up, click Buy credits or Upgrade to … in that line above the message box, or open Plans & billing. Once the payment goes through, the chat builds again.

Manage, cancel or get invoices#

• Paid plan bought on the web: in Plans & billing, the Your plan card has Manage billing. It opens your billing page in a new tab, where you update your card, see your invoices, and change or cancel your plan.
• Plan bought in the FlutterGo iPhone app: Apple bills it, so manage or cancel it in the App Store. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name (your Apple ID), then Subscriptions.
• Refunds: contact support with the Help button in the studio (WhatsApp or email) or at fluttergo.ai/support.

Important: If a payment fails, your plan pauses: the AI and the preview stop until it's fixed. The Your plan card says "The last payment for your Pro plan didn't go through, so the AI is paused." (with your plan's name) and its button becomes Update payment method. Your project is saved.

Free plan rules#

• Confirm your email first. Confirming your email unlocks building: open the confirmation link we email you. Until then, FlutterGo shows "Confirm your email to start building", with Resend link.
• One free trial per device. If this device already had a free account, you see "Free trial already used on this device": sign in with the original account, or upgrade to a paid plan.
• Two projects. Free includes 2 projects that you own. Projects others shared with you don't count, and deleting one of yours frees a slot. Paid plans have no limit.

Troubleshooting#

Problem: I clicked Upgrade and saw "Checkout is not available yet. Try again in a moment."

Possible causes: Checkout is briefly unavailable.

Solution:

1. Wait a moment and click Upgrade again.
2. Reload the page.
3. If it persists, contact support with the Help button.

Problem: Buying a pack fails with "Credit pack checkout is not configured yet."

Possible causes: Pack checkout is not available on this server right now.

Solution:

1. Try again later, or contact support.

Problem: I paid, but my plan did not change.

Possible causes: The payment is still being confirmed.

Solution:

1. If the Your plan card says your plan "is not active yet", click Refresh in that line.
2. Reload the page.
3. If it still hasn't changed, contact support: the card says to do so if you already paid.

Problem: "Free trial already used on this device."

Possible causes: Another free account already used this device's free trial.

Solution:

1. Sign in with that original account, or upgrade to a paid plan.

Problem: Manage billing says there is no card on file.

Possible causes: You bought your plan in the FlutterGo iPhone app, so Apple bills it.

Solution:

1. Manage it in the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Problem: "Couldn't load your subscription."

Possible causes: A network or server hiccup.

Solution:

1. Click Retry, or reload the page.

FAQ#

What exactly costs a credit? Each message you send to the agent: 1 credit, a typed question or fix request included. The Fix with AI button, automatic repairs, Retry, Continue remaining tasks, your answers to the agent's question forms and setup forms, Done — check again on a step card, and questions about your account or support are free. Build APK costs 1 credit and a store deploy 2.5 credits per store.

Does previewing use credits? No. But on the Free plan the preview and its share link run only while your account has credits, and for 30 minutes after the last credit you spent. Paid plans keep the preview running at 0 credits.

Do unused credits roll over? Monthly credits renew each month: unused ones don't add up. Pack credits never expire and are used after your monthly credits.

Who pays in a shared project? The project owner. Their plan and credits cover everything editors do in that project, and only the owner can top up or upgrade for it.

What happens if my subscription ends? Your account moves to the Free plan. Your code stays in your GitHub repo and remains yours, and pack credits you bought stay too. Paid features stop, and the Free limits apply again. Projects you already have are kept; if you own more than 2, you can't create another until you're under the limit.

Which plan do I need to publish to the app stores or to Vercel? Pro or higher, for both.

Which plan includes the Secrets Vault? Business and above. It keeps your integration keys and files encrypted, under Settings → App repo & secrets.

Can I pay for several months at once? Yes. Switch the toggle to 3 months and save up to 16%: Starter $49 (instead of $57), Pro $129 (instead of $147), Business $249 (instead of $297) every 3 months.

How do I cancel? Click Manage billing in Plans & billing and cancel on your billing page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. For a plan bought in the iPhone app, cancel it in the App Store.

Can I get a refund? Contact support with the Help button or at fluttergo.ai/support.
